A first impression that carries into the stay.

Before a guest walks through the door, your photographs introduce the property.

A well-planned hotel gallery can show the experience in a useful order: the building and entrance, the shared spaces, the guest rooms, and the details that shape a stay. It helps people understand what they will find when they arrive.

Photography works best when it is both inviting and honest. Good light, thoughtful composition, and a consistent visual story allow the property’s character to come through without promising what the space cannot deliver.

Before you book

Build a usable hospitality image library.

List the room categories, lobby, dining areas, event space, pool, and other amenities a guest will actually use. Plan access and readiness with the hotel team, and identify any spaces that will look different after a renovation. A room photograph should represent the category being sold, not an unrelated upgrade.

Interior and exterior photographs can be complemented by aerial photography or video to explain the grounds. A 360-degree or 3D tour may be useful for a suite, venue, or meeting space. If a virtual staging concept is requested, keep it separate from photographs of the real guest experience and clearly label the alteration.

Agree on the files and usage needed for the hotel website, social media, and travel-booking platforms. Hospitality coverage is a custom-quoted project; the room list, access, intended channels, additional media, and release date should all be in the brief. Attractive photographs should set accurate expectations, not promise a particular increase in bookings.
