A few details that help us photograph the whole community well.
What is included in a multifamily photography session?
Coverage is planned around the community and your priorities. It can include model apartments, multiple floor plans, the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, pool, courtyards, building exteriors and other amenities. We agree on the spaces and deliverables in the project quote.
Can we photograph several model units and amenity areas?
Yes. Share the number of floor plans and the amenity list so we can give each space enough time. We can plan an image set that gives a clear picture of both individual homes and the wider property.
Do you offer drone views and Matterport tours?
Yes. Drone photography helps show the layout of a large community and its setting. Multifamily Matterport tours let prospective residents move through model units and shared spaces online. Both can be coordinated with a photography brief.
How should we prepare the property?
Have model units and shared spaces clean and styled, arrange access to each location, and let us know about any maintenance or construction areas. For exteriors, tidy pool decks and common spaces and flag the time of day that best shows each feature.
How are pricing and delivery handled?
Community size, number of spaces and any additional media affect the scope. Send us a property address, shot list and intended uses; we’ll provide a tailored quote with the image set, file formats and delivery timing.
