Photography for the full community

The first visit to an apartment community often happens online. A clear visual sequence can show what it feels like to arrive, enter a model, and use the spaces beyond the unit.
Start by separating the media needs of a furnished model from those of the wider property. The model requires complete room views, key storage and finish details, and consistent lighting. The leasing office, clubhouse, fitness area, pool, circulation, and building exterior introduce the community. Photograph only spaces included in the agreed scope.
Wide photographs should explain each room before detail images add texture. A coherent order—arrival, amenity, model living space, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, outdoor area—helps people understand what belongs to the unit and what is shared. Avoid captions that imply a view, feature, or amenity belongs to a specific unit unless it really does.
Model units, indoor amenities, and outdoor amenities are distinct parts of the shot list. Prepare each area in advance, coordinate access with staff and residents, and share any privacy restrictions. We can discuss virtual staging for an unfurnished space, with staged imagery identified appropriately.
The current apartment photography pricing lists a model-unit package from $450, a choose-two option from $850, and a Premiere option from $950. Confirm package inclusions, building count, locations, travel, delivery timing, and any additional media before booking.
Ask what file sizes or formats your website, print materials, and listing channels require. We can plan the delivery and any naming or export specifications in the project brief rather than assuming a single file works everywhere.
