Matterport tours let someone see the layout, follow the route between rooms, and decide which spaces they want to revisit in person.

Use a tour to explain the sequence.

A still image may show the kitchen beautifully without telling a viewer what opens from it. A 3D walkthrough can connect that kitchen to the dining room, hallway, patio, or another level. For a larger home, thoughtful scan positions make the route easier to follow.

Custom homes, multifamily common areas, and builder spaces should not be sold as one fixed package. The size, number of levels, public areas, and access conditions change the work required.

Decide what stays outside the camera.

Because visitors can turn and look around, prepare the whole room, not only the angle selected for a hero photograph. Remove personal information, agree on restricted rooms, and check whether closets or storage areas should be included. The current pricing page says closets are scanned on request.

Ask how long the tour should remain hosted and where it will be shared. A direct Matterport link, a listing embed, and Google publication are not the same deliverable. Confirm the relevant rules and any additional service before presenting it as part of a listing package.
