Plan the complete presentation
Lakeway Real Estate Photography

Lakeway real estate photography works best as a planned presentation: clear rooms, purposeful exterior views, and additional media where it answers a real question.
A listing may have distinctive outdoor living, a particular architectural feature, or a room sequence that is hard to understand from one angle. Tell us what matters before the shoot. We can plan an establishing view for each important space and add details that support it, keeping the gallery useful rather than simply increasing the image count.
Choose the format for the information.
Still photographs let people study a space. Aerial images can explain exterior relationships, while a property film follows a chosen route through the home. A Matterport tour helps visitors explore the captured rooms in their own order. These services complement one another; they are not all included in a standard still-photo package.
The original Lakeway references include Lake Travis, Falconhead Golf Club, and Lakeway City Center. Use current community information only where it is relevant to the address. Verify any view, proximity, membership, or access claim separately from the photographs.
Keep the light and finishing consistent.
HDR photography helps balance bright and shaded areas without making the rooms look disconnected. Discuss requested sky replacement, fireplace treatment, or virtual staging, with the intended edits and charges confirmed before booking. Added furnishings should be disclosed; permanent features and property condition should remain accurate.
Twilight can be another useful exterior option. The current Pricing page lists digital twilight at $35 per photo and an on-location twilight session at $350, available as add-ons with a primary service. A digital conversion is not the same as photographing the property at sunset; confirm the appropriate service and timing for the goal.
Scope the project before choosing the package.
The residential still-photo options below are current. Residential Matterport tours start at $250 and commercial scans at $450 for up to 3,000 square feet, with an additional $0.10 per square foot above that size. Closet coverage is available on request; the Matterport floor plan add-on is $75 per tour. Video is custom-quoted; commercial and multifamily photography use their own coverage and package details.
Prepare the rooms and exterior using the photo checklist, provide access instructions, and specify the MLS, website, or print files needed. Confirm any slideshow option, delivery method, travel, and special editing in the final quote. Always use the current Pricing page when planning a new listing.
