Austin & Central Texas / 3D tours for business
Let people get to know the space before they walk through the door.
A useful first visit
An interactive 3D tour lets a customer, tenant or guest explore a building on their own terms. They can look around, move between connected spaces and return to the details that matter to them.
A restaurant can show how guests arrive and where they will dine. A builder might present a model home and office. A venue can make the route from entrance to event space easier to understand. For offices and leasing, a tour can clarify the layout before someone schedules an in-person walk-through.
We plan each commercial Matterport scan around the people who will use it. That means choosing a logical starting point, connecting the public route and deciding which rooms should stay private. The result is a tour of the space you actually want to present.

Real spaces, real tours
Select a space to start its 3D walkthrough. The tour opens here, so you can move through it at your own pace.
Made for the way people visit
The right route depends on the building and what visitors need to understand. We plan the scan around that purpose.

Help prospective tenants or clients understand rooms, circulation and the feel of a workspace before an on-site visit.

Show the approach, public areas and atmosphere so guests can picture their visit before they arrive.

Give people a clearer route from arrival to the spaces they came to see, especially in a larger or less familiar building.
How we make it useful
A good commercial tour begins before the camera comes out. We agree on access, audience and deliverables so the finished walkthrough reflects the business.
Tell us who should explore the tour and which entry point makes sense. We will map a connected path through the public areas you want to show.
Identify staff-only rooms, private information and anything that should remain unseen. If there are multiple floors, special hours or difficult access, include them in the plan.
Use a direct Matterport link or embed it on your website. Floor-plan options can be scoped alongside the scan. Google Street View publication is a separate service and decision.
Have a different space in mind? Send us its size, address and intended use. We can help decide the best scan path and quote.
Talk with usGood to know
Commercial spaces vary. These are the questions we often work through before a scan.
Ask us a questionYes. A Matterport tour can be shared by a direct link or embedded on a website. Tell us where you plan to use it so we can help you choose the right presentation.
Not automatically. Google Street View publication is separately scoped and depends on the location and platform permissions. We can discuss whether Street View photography suits your project.
We plan the route with you before scanning. Point out staff-only areas, sensitive documents and anything that should not be visible in a public tour, and we will leave those areas out of the capture plan.
Yes, with the right scope. Share the square footage, floor count, access details and any restricted or hard-to-reach spaces when requesting a quote. We will plan the coverage around those details.
Floor-plan options can be quoted with a commercial Matterport scan. They help viewers see room relationships at a glance alongside the immersive tour.
Our current listed starting price is $450 for a commercial Matterport tour covering up to 3,000 square feet. Larger spaces and add-ons are priced by scope. Check current pricing and send us the property details for a project quote.
